It is in the warm and friendly setting of our restaurant, by the fireplace in winter or on the pleasant flowered terrace in summer, that your taste buds will enjoy our delicious cuisine.
Carine and David Cardineau, trained at the hotel school of La Rochelle, are "Ma.tres Restaurateurs", they defend an authentic and tasty "home-made" cuisine.
In the dining room, Carine, who won third prize in the "Assiette de Fromage" competition organized by the French Federation of Cheesemakers in 2020, gives her precious advice on food and wine pairing, tasting and her experience with products to customers.
In the kitchen, David concocts refined and creative gourmet menus. The dishes that follow one another on the plates are elaborated from fresh seasonal and essentially local products. They pay a beautiful tribute to the generous land of Charente.
Faithful to the values of the Domaine, the chef uses mainly fresh products from local producers carefully selected for the quality of their work and the respect of common values.
