No amount will be taken in advance.
The payment is made at the hotel after your stay.

1 - GENERAL ARRANGEMENTS
The tenant can take advantage no in no event of any right of preservation in places for the expiration of period initially planned on the present contract.

2 - PAYMENT
The reservation becomes effective since the tenant returns a copy of the present contract accompanied with the amount of the deposit (33 % of the total sum) before date indicated on the front.
The balance of the rent is paid the day of the arrival.

3 - USE OF PLACES
The tenant uses the rent in a peaceful way and in fact good use, according to the destination of places.
In his departure, the tenant makes a commitment to return the so clean accommodation as he will have found it upon his/her arrival.
The rent can benefit on no account in third parties.
The owner has to supply the accommodation in compliance with the description which he made and maintains it in in good condition to serve.

4 - NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS
The number of tenants cannot be upper to the accommodation facilities indicated on the contract.
However, an overtaking can be granted by the owner.
In this case and considering the additional loads caused by the modification of the number of occupants, a supplement can be calculated in proportion to the number of persons.

5 - CONDITIONS OF TERMINATION
Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter:

A) Before the taking possession:
As a general rule, the deposit remain acquired to the owner; however they can be restored, when the furnished flat will have been able to be rent again for the same period and at the same price.

B) If the tenant did not appear the day mentioned on the contract:
Crossed an extension of 24 hours and without notice to the owner:
- The present contract is considered as cancelled,
- The deposit remain acquired to the owner,
- The owner can have his rent.

C) In case of cancellation of the rent by the owner:
He pays off to the tenant the double of the amount of the received deposit.

6 - INTERRUPTION OF STAY
In case of anticipated interruption of stay by the tenant, not being of the case of absolute necessity, he will be proceeded to no repayment, except the deposit.
The case of absolute necessity is recognized if the tenant proves grave motives making impossible the progress total of the rent.
In this case, the owner can proceed to the return of the already paid sums, corresponding in proportion to the duration of not made occupation.

7 - INSURANCES
The tenant has to insure the place which is confided or rented(to him(her).
He thus has to verify if his contract of main house plans the extension holiday rental.
In the opposite hypothesis, it is desirable that he inquires with his insurer.
The owner can require an insurance certificate or, failing that, an affidavit.
